Welcome to Vilnius, welcome to the seat of the Lithuanian Presidency of the Council of the European Union.

Distinguished forum participants and guests, Ladies and gentlemen! I am pleased to welcome you in Vilnius. It is a very important time for our country - Lithuania is presiding over the Council of the European Union and has recently been elected to the United Nations Security Council for the period of 2014-2015. This is an honour and recognition of our aspirations, entailing a huge responsibility as well.
Dear participants of the APP Camp, As a regular event by now, the mobile apps workshop has been gaining momentum in creativity, which only proves a very important thing. The overall global crisis is powerless and has no effect whatsoever on the generation and practical application of innovative ideas. And it is also testified by your gathering, which serves a take-off ground for many young start-ups on their road to success.
