Prime Minister Algirdas Butkevičius’s agenda includes the meeting with Chinese Prime Minister Mr. Li Keqiang to discuss the development of the bilateral relations in recent years and the prospects for further cooperation.

The Prime Minister also plans to attend the opening of the business forum: Enhanced Connectivity for Common Advancement with a view to discussing China and Central-Eastern Europe cooperation prospects in various fields: transport and logistics, investment and finance, trade, tourism and lifestyle industry and sustainable development.

China + 16 aims to build relations in the areas of investment, transport, finance, science, education and culture. This cooperation format was established back in 2012 at China’s initiative.
