Prime Minister extends greetings to the new Dutch Government

Prime Minister Saulius Skvernelis has extended cordial greetings to Mark Rutte on the formation of a new Government and his appointment as the Prime Minister of the Netherlands.

“I can assure you that the Government of Lithuania is ready to continue to work with you and with the incoming Government as a close and faithful partner. I firmly believe that in the coming years the friendly relations between our two countries will be strengthened by new ties of mutually beneficial cooperation. Also, it is of utmost importance to continue our close dialogue within the EU, NATO and other international organizations”, reads the Prime Minister’s letter.
