Prime Minister expresses condolences to Turkey over deadly blast

Prime Minister Algirdas Butkevičius has expressed condolences to Turkey over the deadly blast in Istanbul, which is believed to have been a terrorist act.

“On behalf of the Government and myself, I express deepest condolences to the families of the victims and to the entire international community. It is an extremely painful event for our country and the people too”, said the Prime Minister.

The Prime Minister called the international community to do everything to bring the perpetrators to justice, if this is confirmed as an act of terror.
